All granites are natural shape and color; uncontrollable and cannot be returned, and all cabinets are not assembled. Any assembled cabinets cannot be returned. There will be 20% fee of the total invoice on any cancellation of orders and 15% of restocking fee for returned orders. Merchandise must be inspected upon delivery and no claim thereafter. There will be a 5% interest added to the unpaid amount every month and you will be responsible for all the legal representation fees. All installation services do not include electrical and plumbing work.
